Ahoy, Boldron! Pirate Night at The Pinfold Club
On Saturday, 4th July 2026, The Pinfold Club will be transformed into a pirate’s cove for a night of nautical fun and community spirit. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or a landlubber looking for a laugh, this is an evening not to be missed.
What to Expect: The heart of our village life is known for its lively gatherings, and this themed night is no exception. For just £8 entry, guests will enjoy a delicious supper to keep the scurvy at bay. The bar will be open as usual, serving a variety of refreshments and Grog to help you toast to the "Golden Age of Piracy."
Fancy Dress: In true Pinfold style, we encourage everyone to embrace the theme! From captain’s coats and ruffled shirts to parrots and peg-legs, we want to see your best pirate attire. There may even be a "pieces of eight" prize for the most impressive costume on the night.

The lake hides a legendary sunken village. A hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village: "Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this little house, that gave me meat and drink"

Yorkshire Bitter • 4.3% ABV
All the traditional traits of a Yorkshire Best Bitter with a modern edge. Rich copper in colour with malty and slightly biscuity flavours.
