About This Event
Join us for our legendary monthly quiz night at The Pinfold Club! Held on the last Saturday of every month, this is Boldron's most popular social event where friends, neighbours, and quiz enthusiasts gather for an evening of brain-teasing fun.
The quiz kicks off at 8:00 PM and features a variety of rounds covering general knowledge, music, sport, history, and local trivia. Whether you're a quiz master or just here for the laughs, everyone's welcome to join in. Come with a team or join one on the night ā it's all about having a good time.
Entry is Ā£1 per team, and there are prizes for the winning team! The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with plenty of banter between rounds. It's the perfect way to test your knowledge, catch up with friends, and enjoy a pint or two in our cosy, dog-friendly venue.
No booking required ā just turn up and get ready to put your thinking caps on. See you there!

The lake hides a legendary sunken village. A hungry beggar was refused alms in all but one cottage and damned the village: "Semer Water rise, Semer Water sink, and cover all save this little house, that gave me meat and drink"

All the traditional traits of a Yorkshire Best Bitter with a modern edge. Rich copper in colour with malty and slightly biscuity flavours.
